- Selection of materials - solid woods, exotic veneers, architectural hardware, stone, glass or metal accents.
- Collaboration with interior designers, architects, and homeowners for refinement.
- Presentation of a curated design package with finish samples and layouts.
Approval & Precision Planning
- Client signs off on design, materials, and scope of work.
- Measurements are verified on-site to ensure flawless fit and proportion.
- Shop drawings are prepared, down to every millimeter and joint.
- Timeline and installation schedule confirmed.
Handcrafted Fabrication
- Each piece is handcrafted in the workshop by master woodworkers.
- Old-world techniques (dovetail joinery, hand sanding, book matched veneers) combined with modern technology (CNC precision cutting, laser measurements).
- Attention to grain matching, edge detailing, and flawless finishing.
- Custom staining, lacquering, or specialty finishes applied for depth and character.
Finishing & Quality Assurance
- Every cabinet undergoes multi-stage finishing to achieve a smooth, durable, luxury sheen.
- Rigorous quality inspection: checking alignment, durability, and finish consistency.
- Custom hardware and fittings are tested for performance and feel.
Installation
- White-glove installation with precise fitting, seamless alignment, and concealed fastenings.
- Site is cleaned, polished, and prepared for client walkthrough.
